I attempted to have Boston And Cambridge Appliance Repair come out to service my washing machine after receiving quality service from them on a fridge repair. Unfortunetly they were disorganized and rude on my 2nd attempt to use them. The person who answered the phone cared less about correcting the confusion and was fine with me taking my business elsewere and quickly hungup the phone. Left me with a bad taste for the customer service from the office the right hand didnt seem to know what the left hand was doing. Dissapoainted!

I called Boston & Cambridge Appliance Repair to fix a broken dryer. My technician, Kenny, was amazing. He diagnosed the problem, came back with the part, and realized there was a bigger issue. He spoke with other technicians, solved the problem, and came back for a 3rd time and my dryer is fixed. I would say there couldn't be a more competent and professional technician as Kenny. This ratting would be 5 stars except for the fact the woman handling the the phone was unprofessional and rude. I would still recommend Boston & Cambridge Appliance Repair.

Prompt and courteous work on my Bosch electric dryer. Only reason for downgrading to 4 stars is it took over a week to get a part that I was told could be obtained in 1-2 days, and the main office was not good at keeping me up to date on the status of the part. (I had to call 2-3 times to find out what was going on.) As for the repair work, the job was well done and guys were great. The price was reasonable. I'll go with BCAR again in the future.

Fast & Fair Appliance repair. They got my tenants washer running for half the price i'd paid Sears in the past. They coordinated times with the tenants and made a normally complicated process simple!

We woke up Christmas morning to a refrigerator that wasn't working. Figuring no one would be working on Christmas we started calling places around 8:30 am on the 26th - most places were closed for the holiday weekend, but this company was open. They gave us a window between noon and 2:00 pm. The repairman arrived a half hour early (after calling first to make sure we were there). After hearing our description of what had happened, he was pretty sure he knew what was wrong - and he did. He was finished within 15 minutes and the cost was probably the most reasonable service cost we have ever had for any appliance. We asked how long he had been with the company and he told us 30 years. He was very pleasant and was gone before the scheduled repair window we had been given. We plan to used them in the future and if the repairman is any indication of the quality of the rest of the company we would highly recommend them to others.

Repair people never got back to us with a quote for fixing our oven. Had to proactively call them, and they sent us our money back. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I discovered boston cambridge appliance repair by accident, but it was the best accident that ever happened to me. From the time of our first phone conversation to the short time it took for these guys to come and help me, I have never encountered such dedicated and polite service anywhere else. Their persistence in making everything work properly is an aspect that no one can ignore. In short, BCAR has my complete vote and recommendation.

I highly recommend this company because a person actually answers the phone - which is necessary in an emergency. The first company I called had a message machine - no good in an emergency. My washer was leaking into the condo below me - I called Boston Appliance Repair at 1:30 PM and they said they would have someone at my condo between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Now that is service! I am at work and my daughter is visiting - she just called and said Bob from Boston appliance Repair called her and said he'd be there at 2:30! I called at 1:30 and Bob shows up at 2:30! This is amazing and unheard of -I am so impressed with their accessibility and immediate response. I will use this company exclusively and tell all my friends, too. In fact, I'm good friends with the building supervisor of my condo complex. I will give him the phone number of Boston Appliance Repair to give out to all unit owners who have an appliance problem. If you want a great experience, use this company.
