      This was our favorite Inn on our trip to New England. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and the hospitality was topnotch. During check-in we got a complete overview of the area with suggestions of drives to take (everywhere you turned there was another picture perfect scene), things to do, and local restaurants. The inn had multiple, comfortable, common areas inside and out to sit and relax. The view from the lawn was beautiful. The harbor, shops, and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Most importantly, our room was exceptional. We were on the top floor, but the climb up the steps was worth it. We had views of the harbor in two directions. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was well equipped, had extra shelves and hooks to help hold cosmetic bags, etc. Lastly, breakfast each day was delicious. They provide so many options you can't go wrong. Each morning was a great start to another day of exploring.
