HORRIBLE -- ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE !! Billing will not wait for my insurance to pay and keep sending text messages on cell phone BUT will not provide any billing statement. Very pushy and want their money ASAP. Not willing to wait for insurance claim.

Today I had my mammography and I was kind of nervous. Front desk staff was friendly and requested me to wait until someone called me. Technician called my name and gave me really simple instructions. Since I was early for my appointment explained me that she will call me as soon she finished with the test of a patient ahead of me. Later she came back, was very calm, friendly and asked me simple questions and explained me how she was going to perform the test, she made me feel calm and comfortable, you can tell how much experience she had because her explanation. Diane was friendly and told me what to do so I don't need to get worry about feeling pain due to the machine. At the end I appreciate her help and everything she did for me. My experience was great and will keep coming here.

The last two times I have gone here was for a mammogram. Both times a tech named Diana saw me. Please don't go here and definitely don't see Diana. The first time I left in tears and requested to never be seen by her again. I put off getting a mammogram for two years because of that horrible experience. And I am a high risk patient! Two years later I go back only to see her again at the Bonney Lake location and listen to her insults and extremely rude demeanor. I had to walk out. Such an uncaring, hateful person should not be a care giver. I'm not sure why she's so angry and unhappy, but she's in the wrong field and should not be working in the medical field, with people, or animals. Formal complaint will be filed.
