About Community Voice Channel: Community Voice Channel is the non-profit cable access television center that serves the towns of Andover, Bolton, Ellington, Hebron, Marlborough, Tolland and Veron, Connecticut. Public Access Television was created to give community members the opportunity to create their own television programs, free of charge. We will take you through the technology step by step. Our goal is to make you an effective communicator through the powerful medium of television.
