Loved the doctor, most of the staff is caring and patient. The office manager is not so good with people and tends to talk down to her staff in front of patients and you get embarrassed for her and how she treats her staff, sometimes it's uncomfortable to watch. She can be short with the patients too. I have been going there for 4 years and she hasn't changed. I keep hoping though. But the rest of the staff is wonderful and makes up for it so I keep going. Dr Trotta is very good at what he does. Just avoid dealing with terry if at all possible. B. H.
