As a Business Coach I look at everything, Customer Experience, Response Time and Competitive Pricing. From the moment I walked into the shop, Billy (Craven) put my mind at ease with a cordial greeting. He had his head mechanic Conrad, go for a drive with around the block and pin-pointed the problems with my vehicle. The customer service was great which is one of the biggest obstacles I find as a Business Coach. His response time was within 24 hours and his pricing was competitive without being the cheapest guy on the block. I came here to repair BMW, it is a small repair shop, their maintenance costs are very high, they deceive customers. This place can not be trusted.

I have been here several times over the course of a two years and have incredible service. The owner, Bill Craven is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough about my car issues, is upfront with repair estimates and explains my car troubles in detail with alot of patience. I have always gotten my car back the time he says it will be done and he has provided transportation to my work in the meantime or whenever I've needed it. His staff is also great. It's so rare to find a place that is customer service oriented and a pleasure to visit in this area !!! I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way!! I recently moved to Boca, and I was lucky to find these people, very professional, friendly, and honest. I took the car (Dodge Charger 2008) for an oil change, but they also did a general inspection to see if everything was going well. In fact, that is what I wanted to do too.



Everything was exactly done the same as what I had experienced at the Dodge dealer shop in Minnesota:

1. I scheduled an appointment,

2. I left the shop and they called to report

3. Billy called me and told me what was wrong with the car, what needed to be done, and how much exactly was it going to cost.

4. I had to decide whether I want to authorize the new parts and repairs. NO PUSH.

5. I agreed, and Conrad told me to pickup the car one day after that.

6. I picked up the car, I received a very detailed and itemized bill, explaining all the new parts and the labors separately.

7. I did not check other places for price, but the prices were reasonable to me.

8. I had minor concerns (Nothing Serious) and took the car back for a follow up. Concerns were fixed without any additional charges (even though it was NOTHING serious and it was not their fault).



I highly recommend the Billy, Conrad, and generally the Shores Automotive.

By the way, every time I have been there, beautiful classic cars were in the shop for service, which I love.

My husband and I pulled in today at 4:30 with the air in our vehicle blowing hot air and neither Billy nor Conrad thought twice about staying late to ensure we wouldn't have to deal with the het for one more minute. Love bringing my car to Shores Automotive. I regularly take my car to the dealership for an oil change. Along with that they run a diagnostic test and print out a report with all the items that require immediate attention with a quote. I bring that report to Billy who checks out my car and lets me know which items are critical and which can wait. I appreciate his honesty as the dealer makes it sound like they all need to be taken care of immediately. More importantly he is able to do the work and save me between 25% to 40% of the amount quoted. I trust Billy 100% with my car.

Everyone at Shore Automotive are respectful and honest, they truly extend more care and attention to their clientele then I have ever experienced at any business before. I received a full list of recommended maintenance with no pressure to move forward until I felt I could afford to. The diagnosis has always been spot on, and no hidden charges, every aspect of the work has been very professional and timely.

My only regret is that I didn't find this shop years ago! The Cravens make wonderful team running the shop.Billy, the master mechanic has a lifetime of experience. He will take the time to explain exactly what he is going to do and what he fixed. He will recommend things that should be done but is not pushy about it. Prices are very fair and the shop is super clean.

I have had Billy Craven work on my cars for 14 years. I recently took our van in for some work. Billy called me with a cost for the work and I said to fix it.



A few hours later he called back and said that as his mechanic got further into the job, he found that some of the parts were still good. The repairs were going to cost about $150 less. He could have kept that money and I would have never known.



He also helped me get a rental car at a 50% discount while my car was being repaired.

Same Day Service. Had my Mercedes to the Dealer was given a $1200.00 list of repairs needed. Bob was able to fix my problem and checked out the car. Saved over $600.00. Bob explained all work done and printed out the required service for my mileage. Highly recommend this shop.
