I have found this shop to run hot & cold. Yes, I love being able to make my appt. online. They seem to have a fast turnover of technicians as I have had 3 already in a year. This is not impressive to me even considering it is the nature of business. Last week I was 5 min. late and they wouldn't take me, then I waited at the desk so now it was 10 min. not my fault! I find they speak their language 99% of the time you are having your nails or toes done. So rude and unprofessional..they tap your hand or feet to move on. My girl wasn't even looking 1/2 the time. It is not relaxing so spa is using the term loosely. Bam you're done, no thank you and she was out of site..They have a man at the desk who has been there the entire year. He is excellent with the customers and knowing the techs, he is somewhat friendly, maybe a little shy but good with the schedule and accommodates the customer with values. I might recommend the shop but with lots of hesitation. Yes it is clean.

They deal with a tough clientele with a smile on their face. God bless them!

Just moved to Boca from California, and was recommended to this salon. I love it! It was a beautiful salon, very clean, and relaxing. Some of the clientele is quite snotty, but besides that the experience was great (I commend the staff for their patience!) Thank you!

I had to find a new nail tech after mine of 6 years moved to Colorado. I am very particular regarding my pink and whites, so I went to this salon after reading the review and Ricky did my nails. I was very apprehensive, but have to say Ricky was absolutely great. My nails look fantastic and he was extremely nice and polite. I am shocked I found someone that could do my nails the way I liked on the first try!

While the service is great, they have a hard time keeping the nail technicians from constantly speaking other languages. They don't just say one sentence either, once they had a full conversation during my pedicure. The owners and manager are extremely friendly however.

Love them! Nobody touches me but Sue, who I have been with since they opened. All the techs here are excellent and you really can't go wrong. Very clean and friendly with a nice local clientele who is very loyal. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this salon. I've been to many nail salons prior to coming here & wasn't pleased with the service at all. But Nail Spa is wonderful, the technicians are friendly & the service is great!!! I highly recommend coming here!! :)

Everyone here is wonderful! It is a great atmosphere and always relaxing. I drive 25 minutes to go here and pass many other salons on my way. I would never think of going anywhere else and I always get compliments on my nails.

Love the staff everyone is polite and they know me, prices are very fair, the studio is clean and elegant, always busy but easy to schedule an appointment (online or over the phone). MUST TRY :)

Nail Studio Spa is the BEST nail salon in Boca! Every technician is extremely talented and professional. The salon is always kept very clean and the salon managers do their best to keep appointments on time. They have all of the newest colors for the season including a large selection of gel nail colors. You can't go anywhere else for a perfect $11 manicure or a $29 combination mani-pedi!
