The counseling service & business "Brandy Russell" was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in the area of counseling services. The only therapist who works at this business is a social worker who treated me in such a psychologically & emotionally abusive manner that sanctions were eventually imposed on her her national license. Her treatment tactics were found to not be under the standard of care for my ilness of PTSD. Without knowing my family she demonized them & forced me to cut all ties with my family despite my wishing to repair those relationships (there was no need to isolate me from my family, no potential for harm involved). She used manipulation & broke all kinds if patient therapist boundaries, she used unhealthy reward & punishment system, falsified test result. This review is to warn other potential victims of this therapist. I've met other victims of hers. I'm still severely traumatized by the psychological damage that this therapist did to me.
