I would give him zero stars if I could. His cavity fell out days after it was put in. I didn't want to go back to him... (More) I would give him zero stars if I could. His cavity fell out days after it was put in. I didn't want to go back to him because I found him patronizing so I went to a different dentist to have it fixed. This dentist took x-rays despite my telling him Dr. Pauley had taken a full panoramic and I didn't see it as necessary. Good thing he didn't listen to me because he found an infected root canal. The new dentist said it is impossible with how bad it was that it wasn't on my x-rays taken by Dr. Pauley.
He is patronizing. I was spoken to as though I was an idiot and had no desire what so ever to know the specifics of his findings. For example, how many cavities do I have? Yes, that's right, I had to ask! He simply told me I had to come back and got up to leave the room. It is important to me that medical professionals speak to me like the educated adult I am and explain their findings and treatment plans. If you value this as well do not go to Dr. Pauley.  (Hide)
