I need to preface this by saying I haven't formally filed through them, but I have started the process and I love that they started taking my phone calls for me. I used to get sometimes 20 to 30 a day from collectors and now, they all call them instead. This is a huge relief for me and life is more enjoyable even though I am still going through a rough time.

I recently had to meet with them about a personal financial matter and the staff there was so great to me. They were so kind and understanding. I didn't feel judged at all. Unlike the previous posters, I believe they responded to me in appropriate time. I just understood that they file a lot of bankruptcys and have other clients too. So I thought they were great.

I really didnt have any problems or bright spots on my case ( I think it was pretty routine). But I was amazed when the attorney met a disabled client in the parking lot and did the appointment outside so this gentlemen didn't have to move. I love companies that still do it the right way. Im sure with how large they are that there are some upset clients, but all I know is that they earned my respect!

I thought everyone I came in contact with were wonderful! My legal assistant was very responsive to me and I felt like she really cared about my case. I would recommend them to anyone!

I agree with the previous posters!!! I paid them $900 to help me and I can't get anyone to return my calls. I regret calling them.

I'm with the other person also. They do not return calls, will not answer questions. I paid them to represent me in a case and they never contacted me to let me know what was up.They let my wages get garnished and never said anything about it or why. I could have done this with out them and saved the money. Run from them.

Terrible Customer Service you can never get a straight answer from them concerning anything. you need to get any services they promise in writing and do not pay them until you do. they will take your money and you will have to sue them to get a refund and you never get to talk to anyone in charge so beware of these people.
