Not only did I have a lot of help choosing and buying the car that I wanted, but when I had a problem with it a month later, they more than helped. I was able to schedule the service call around MY availability, vs. having to work with theirs. Plus they were good enough to supply me a rental vehicle when they were not initially finished with the vehicle. This good experience just backs up what I've always known about them. If they were so terrible, my family wouldn't have purchased 4 vehicles there through the years!!  (Hide)

I had the worst car buying experience due to their high pressure sales tactics. I don't know if they still have the same manager. Their service is good but they want you to BUY their costly service options, especially during 20,000/30,00,000 miles... Their service is good but they want you to BUY their costly service options, especially during 20,000/30,00,000 miles service. Their service is like sales. Be careful of their tactics.  (Hide)
