(More) 2:45 Saturday afternoon - my college son sends a form he needs returned right away - needs to be notorized -my wife and I leaving tomorrow (Sun) for two weeks. The lovely folks at Chase, the only facility with a Notary this time of day, inform me that they won't help because I'm not a current customer. This is unbelievable customer, neighborly service. Absolutely no chance I will consider ever being a customer of this bank.  (Hide)
