Rented bus for july wedding. The air conditioner was not working. A phone call to the owner was a waste of time. Not a pleasant experience.

Great service for New Years Eve! Booked them for a ride to and from a New Years party. On time (early actually), very friendly and courteous. Great experience!

If you don't want your wedding day ruined, don't hired these guys!

Poor Poor Service... Due to limited room, I will highlight our disappointments: it was 103 F the day of our wedding and the bus showed up without working air conditioning (the bus driver confirmed this to our Best Man upon arrival), we had to cut our pictures short because everyone was sweating so bad and had nowhere to cool off. Donnie (the owner) told me that the bus could fit 25-30 people, we were only able to fit 16 people on the bus with 3 people standing - we had to tell our wedding party's guests to find an alternative ride to the reception. After i brought all of this to the owners attention he argued with me and disputed that the air was working that day (after his driver even confirmed it was broke) and told us that the bus could hold 25-30 people that were not overweight (my husband was probably the biggest guy at 5'10" 185 lbs). They said they would refund us $100 and after 2 months, 3 stories that they sent the check in the mail and 2 times going to their office, no check

I Have used this company several times in the past 5 years and they provide excellent affordable service cars are nice and great customer service

cabs are not license to carry humans
they are only supposed to haul freight
drivers use their own cars and will cheat you!!

beware of this company they are the same has bloomington normal shuttle they will take you for a ride and rip you off you dont get what you pay for

Never again! Called and confirmed for our wedding, a 15 passenger LIMO STYLE party bus w/ bar. Guy I talked to was nice on the phone. Day of wedding, the bus showed up charter bus style seating w/ no bar. The driver was lame and didn't know where anything in Bloomington was and we had to tell him how to get downtown. Plus the radio didn't work. We had to stop at a grocery store to get booze and cups since nothing was provided for. This was the only thing on my wedding day that I was truely disappointed about. I could have saved the $500+ and rode w/ my Grandma for more fun than what we had!

Worst Nightmare!! I booked this company back in May.I called the day before our event spoke to Howard (who filled out contract and received my money) and he stated everything was confirmed driver would be on time no problem!!Around 8:00 that evening owner Donnie called and stated that he would not be able to fulfill our contract due to double booking. He was rude, discourteous and unprofessional.I told him that we had a legal binding contract and and that it wasn't my problem that he double booked.He said that he could of canceled and told me it was due to mechanical failure.Driver arrived 1/2 hr late to church, tried to leave during pictures at the park.He told the parents that this was last minute booking (TOTAL LIE) Many parents and my husband stepped in telling him that there are over thirty parents and they would get word out about this company. The kids in the limo said that the driver was rude and nasty, & limo smelled. Co. did not fulfill rental hours and did not return money
