Dr Jay Tallis, American Vision Center is located at 1402 S Main Street In Bloomington, Illinois. We offer Contacts & Glasses for your entire Family. We also provide treatment of eye disease & injury including Glaucoma Consultation for LASIK and Intacs. We believe in giving our customers thorough and informative eye exams so they are educated on the health and status of their eyesight. We have a modern optical lab on site. State of the art equipment, outside prescriptions filled, complete selection of contacts and one hour service in most cases. We are an approved provider for CSP, CAT, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, OSF, Eyemed and most insurance plans. We have Prescription and Non Prescription Sun wear. Walk Ins are welcome and we also do emergency repairs.Less
