Half the hires from Abbey reported this fact to them, and several spoke to the director of personnel from AFNI. Within 8 weeks there were 2 left of 35 hires in my training class. As an example of what a horrid place this was to work, when I would get supervisor requests - the supers would be telling stories and laughing, and the phone would ring - and ring - and ring. 20 - 30 minutes to get a supervisor call answered was typical. Spoke to my team leader about it. Advised it was killing my stats. Anyway, did not renew my contract since I was going 24 seconds over my per call goal. Abbey acted as though It was all my fault. I must have performed terribly. Even though at least 15 people had advised them how awful the working conditions were. Even though 33 people out of 35 had quit before the experation of the contract. Half of them during the paid training phase.
Abbey was not only unsupportive, but blamed me. (Hide)
