This company in Denver promised us a complete move, from packing, loading and unloading of all packages into their respective rooms. They not only left their lunch mess for me to clean up (we bought it for them!), but left several of our belongings behind, put only 25% into their proper location, didn't return any calls of concern, and on top of all that...they charged my credit card in complete before they were even finished packing! They won't refund money for job undone since they believe it's our job to pay their man hours vs their job to meet their guarantee. DO NOT USE THEM!!! An unmarked truck, subcontracted movers, where is the job you expect from United Van Lines?? They don't even appear to be a part of that company now as I am trying to file a formal complaint. BEWARE!!

We have moved several times over the years, and this was by far the worst moving experience ever due to the lack of training and/or use of temporary workers to load the truck. Many of our belongings were damaged and several things were lost. If you choose to use AAction, I encourage you to pay the extra insurance for 100% replacement value because the 60 cents/lb. is insignificant in trying to repair or replace major damage. Better yet, choose another mover and avoid the damage and loss of goods. AAction did not place runners on the carpet to protect and we had several areas soiled with something that was on the dolly wheels. Also, not all of our belongings were documented on the inventory sheets, which leads to another word of warning: do not agree to sign paperwork on delivery that waives your right to claim loss of goods. Our moving crew was not a professional crew, but Aaction's fees are that of a professional moving company. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.
