If your budget is low you won't get good service. I had an appointment at 5 and literally got to try on two dresses. When our stylist wouldn't come and help us we decided to look ourselves for dresses and she told us that it was closing time. It was an awful experience!!

The Davids Bridal in Hoover al was terrible!! We had an appointment at 5 o'clock and first off no one even seen us tell probably 6 then we waited in the dressing room for another 30 minutes before anyone even started to look for a dress for us. Are consultant was to busy with someone that she probably thought would be spending more money! The bride that I was with got to try on two dresses after waiting that whole time and the two dresses she got for her wasn't even what she described. AT this point I figured I would just go pull some dresses for her myself and as i was doing that the consultant came up to me and said were about to close!!? she had nothing to do with us the whole time we were there and I felt like it was very disrespectful and as we were leaving they asked did we find anything and we told the guy no we only got to try on two dresses that the other lady was to busy with someone else and didn't help us and he was just like oh just re schedule!!! NEVER WILL I BE BACK

My appointment was the best experience I've had since I started looking for my wedding dress. My consultant was pleasant and a huge help when it came to picking the best style for my body type and the appropriate accessories to really make my dress look beautiful. I recommend Latasha to anyone, she really knows what she's doing!

Ruined best friends wedding by ordering wrong bridesmaid dresses. Didn't even receive a meaningful apology. Wow. Place needs to be shut down

I had a great experience, and my consultant, Evelyn, was very patient, creative with putting my entire wedding look together and had a wonderful personality! I enjoyed my experience, and especially enjoyed the SAVINGS!

My daughter and I purchased her wedding dress ($1,100, plus $50 shoes, $200 veil and $200 undergarments) at David's Bridal in Hoover. Complaint #1- we were required to pay 100% up front. Complaint #2- after spending $1,300+, we had to pay $10 for a (cheap, plastic) garment bag. Complaint #3 - when dress came in and we went to pick it up, we had to ASK for her to try it on. They put her in a back room, with no one to help her. It is apparent that they only care about making commission on selling a dress - their staff cares nothing about customer service after the sale. If we could start over, we would purchase from a store who cares about service before, during and after the sale. We ordered bridesmaid dresses from another store - where the service was, and still is, excellent.

Davids Bridal has the worst service. They cannot be contacted online and they do not have a customer service department to call on the phone. Their email is always returned full and when you call the 800 number that is almost impossible to get from a store employee, you have to leave a message and hope someone will call you back, you do not speak to an acual person. To top it all off, lets not even mention what you have to go to to return something. If you want your wedding or special event to go well try a more personal local business instead, these people do not care about you as an individual just selling you on whatever it takes.
