(More) Home Contractor, Home Design - Bethesda MD I had been looking for an affordable home contractor / home design contractor that was very affordable but most importantly did very good work. Since it is kind of tight money wise, I really needed to find a company that would fit. I found Case Design Remodeling by searching online and boy am I glad. (More) I was looking for a type of home remodeling service to help me tackle some home repairs on my home; I came across a company called Case Design that specializes in home repair type services. I gave them a try and boy was I glad I did, they help me complete a very long bathroom remodeling project that I was accomplishing myself successfully. (More) My wife wanted to update our kitchen, so now it was up to me to find a good home remodeling service that would do a good job, and not be to costly on our kitchen remodel. Well I found one, its this awesome handyman service called Case Design, they specialize in kitchen remodeling among other things as well, what else can I say they were great!  (Hide)

Case promised to be different, but rather than be exceptionally good, they were surprisingly inferior. They tried to cut corners and had to be forcefully brought back into what was agreed to. They advertise "Do you know who is at your door?" and... (More) Case promised to be different, but rather than be exceptionally good, they were surprisingly inferior. They tried to cut corners and had to be forcefully brought back into what was agreed to. They advertise "Do you know who is at your door?" and yet only one of the approx. 10 workers was a Case employee, the rest sub-contractors. They brutally botched some work, and were unable to fix it at all. They had to give up. There sub-contractors were not responsive to requests to fix defects. Communication was minimal at best. When I tried to have problems proactively addressed, the response was deafening silence on the other end. It's cost me plenty in re-work money/effort. Overall, *extremely* disappointing. If you want quality work, quickly skip this one.  (Hide)
