Tray, MPT, ATC, Certified MDT, specialize in back and neck pain, joint, arm and leg pain, and sports performance enhancement. You'll receive 100% care from the same physical therapist for each appointment for injuries received from auto injuries, work or sports related injuries, or surgical rehabilitation. Most insurances and Medicare are accepted. Agnello Spine & Sports is Direct Access Certified and no prescription is required. Morning and evening appointments are available for your convenience. Our facility includes a full gym, fitness center, and private rooms. We offer free parking and are located across from the T.
