Mat in parts has gone above and beyond to find plenty of obsolete parts over the years. They can't always get them, but it's nice to know he puts in the time and exhausts every resource. I gotta give him an A+ for taking care of the customer.

They must be doing something right to have been in business over 100 years. The service department does good work and it's nice seeing a family owned business like this still around.
