I had such a great experience! I had just had my hair done at a different salon and was so unhappy with the color of my high lights. I called Serenity Now Salon and they did everything they could to squeeze me in asap since my sister was getting married the next day. I was so happy with everything Ann did. The best part was that the salon is very close to home! I made an appointment that night to go back again.

You think of the word spa & you think of elegance, class, upscale, etc. I made an appointment with this facility because it is close to my home & I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place because it was too short of a notice. It's nothing to look at from the outside & I thought they were a little pricey compared to the Newtown facility I usually go to that is the epitome of class & style. I figured this place must be better on the inside. I was dead wrong. It's a hole in the wall no matter how you look at it & the staff seems like they are all new to the field. I got a blow out, a make-up application & a manicure & pedicure. I could've gotten a better blow out at Hair Cuttery & had to wash some of the make up off because I looked like a clown. You can't really screw up a manicure & pedicure but I could've gone to the place in the mall for a lot less for the same results. I should've know if the proprietor's name is Ann Pineapple the place must be a joke. It really is.
