Great gym. Only $20 a month and they have brand new equipment. TRX is awesome too. Just wish they were 24 hours then they would be perfect.

Very low rates. I only pay $20 a month. Staff is very friendly. The owners are there everyday and know my name which is neat. If they were 24 hours, it would be perfect. I heard they might switch in the fall to 24 hour access. If that happens it will be the best gym in town by far.

This is one of the most simple and effective gyms I have used. I like the motivational stories from clients and the classroom. They actually taught me about nutrition and calories without charging. Other gyms wanted $60 an hour for training and didnt even cover nutrition. The only downside is they don't have a pool or aerobics classes.
