      I can't say enough about this place. It has everything - personal TV's on the cardio machines, lots of strength training machines, probably the best free weight area in Belvidere, full locker rooms - with lockers and showers. My wife uses the tanning salon and like that they have plenty of beds and can make appointments.

      We really like this gym. It is 24 hrs. and has tanning - 8 beds, so no waiting! Very friendly and clean. Lots of machines and TV's on all the cardio. Nikki & Ben
