I tried to call in a refill 3 times and the phone rang for at least 5 minutes straight. No one ever answered. There wasn't even an answering service to direct my call to the pharmacy or at least put me on hold. I don't even know if they do call in refills because I wasn't able to talk to anyone. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone?

Go somewhere else for your flu shot. The nurse on duty at this location on 12/8/12 at 12:00 noon is exceptionally rude and obviously does not enjoy helping customers and her community. People are walking away and not because of the wait.

A Big shout-out to C V S pharmacy in Belmont. The pharmacist there went out of his way to call my son's doctor because he didn't agree with the dosage...the doctor changed it! Thanks C V S for watching out for my family!

Best Pharmacy staff by far of any CVS. I drive from another town that has a CVS to the Belmont NC store just because of the staff and how eager they are to always help and make you feel they really do appreciate the business.
