We specialized in Chiropractic Sports Medicine. It is a combination of athletic training and chiropractic treatment protocols for my patients. It is as simple as 1, 2, and 3.
1. You will have ice or heat pad on your back to help relax your back prior to treatment. It is very comfy!
2. Trigger point therapy and chiropractic adjustment is provided while you are more relaxed and ready for treatment! The fun part!
3. Spine specific Therapeutic exercises for you neck or back to stretch or strengthen the muscular system. Exercise is great for you!
