Make sure you see all the floorplans as many make no sense and create a lot of dead space. Very nice employees and quick maintenance. Nothing is included in rent so be prepared to pay a lot of extras. Garages are run down and expensive but parking isnt too bad so you may only need them during winter time. I'm moving due to the "nickel and dime" policy and poor layout (lots of sq. ft but much you can't really use).
