We have eaten here before and had no issues. However we recently booked a party of 14 and asked for their private room. Our company was closing and it was our last dinner together as a team so our evening was going to be reminescing, etc. When we got to the restaurant we were told we could not have the private room because you have to have 15 people.

The restaurant was not busy - it only had about 4 people in the entire place, but the owner refused to let us sit in the private room. This restaurant just went from a great place to the pits as far as I'm concerned. They cannot have good customer relations if they can't be a little flexible.

The owner was downright rude and told us he knew more than us. How's that for customer care???

Awesome food. The service was excellent each time I visited the restaurant . I would recommend.

A little pricy, but lots of fun. Some of the chefs are really stellar, and you can tell they're having a great time. Some of the chefs aren't quite as talented, but nonetheless... Kiddos love this place!

We absolutely enjoyed dining at Sakura. It was my lil girl's first time eating at an Hibachi and she was thrilled from start to finish. We would recommend Sakura to anyone looking for an enjoyable evening and meal. Leonard and Tammy

The food and the waiting staff were great but I always have a big problem with the management. Not oncw but many times I have come to eat.Really ruins the experience.

While we love the food, they were much more accommodating when they first opened. I have had repeated difficulty making reservations for large groups. If you're going on a date or with a few friends you'll be okay!
