URGENT... not so urgent when it comes to the needs of the patient. I am surprised at the lack of professionalism and courtesy that I experienced when dealing with this office. I have dealt with many physicians offices over the years and I can never recall being treated disrespectful. This office is definitely an exception to the fact. The office staff doesn't appear to have the needs of the patient as their top priority. Having such a large office staff for such a small office, you would think that all task would be completed within ample time. I'm not convinced that the doctors in this office are aware of their problems that are so talked about community wide due to the fact that you are not allowed to speak with a doctor when you are having difficulty getting paperwork completed by the staff. Visits for minor issues should be no problem, but please take my word for it when it comes to visits for work comp or disability claims that will require additional paperwork, you may want to take your business elsewhere.

They actually try to see you and take care of you unlike some of the other places in Bedford.

If you are looking for a family doctor this is a great place. You receive GREAT care from a very caring Staff. This is a walk in place as well as appointments, and sometimes you may have to wait for a little bit, but the wait is worth the service you receive from the staff here. They genuinely care, and they listen and are extremely kind.
