didn't cut my nails, color was dull, and cut my finger. you just lost a lot of business

My first time in red nails was a waste of my time and my hard earned money. I went there with my daughter and mother in law, we all had pedicures done and they were not done properly we were so rushed that they did not use a foot file or the razor to take off the dead and rough skin off our feet. I have not had a pedicure in a long time and I went there for my birthday and I am so upset that I wish I would of never gone I have not stopped crying over it I spent $82 for nothing but for someone to put polish on my toes, if I wanted that I would of had my daughter do it for me at home. I want my money back and for them to take better care of there customers and do things properlly.
