Called to have my TV looked at, Sung said he would come to my home on Saturday morning 9am. I gave him my home and cell number and my address. Someone was home ALL DAY so I know he didn't show while we were gone. No call letting me know he wasn't gong to make it. Kinda rude if you ask me and very poor business practice.

RUDE. Unhelpful. My phone call was obviously disrupting whatever else he had going on. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER BUDDY. High five.

DON’T EVER USE: Sunghoon Lee doing business as either Quick TV & Appliance Repair or Diversified Electronics & Refrigeration. We needed a repair on our washing machine and called Sunghoon Lee only to discover he has no business holding himself out as an expert in the repair of any/all appliances. Not only was Mr. Lee unable to diagnose the problem with the machine, he did not even know how to dismantle the unit to make an inspection. Rather, Mr. Lee had to pull a life line from How to Be A Millionaire and decided to “phone a friend” to talk him through the process. Mr. Lee was paid his $45 fee and said he needed to come back to complete the repair. When he came back all he did was scratch his head and suggest several repairs he could make which MAY fix the problem at $150 each. Mr. Lee is a COMPLETELY INCOMPIDENT and UNSKILLED/UNTRAINED service technician with no factory certifications of any kind. For more info see Rip Off Report. No Business License

I called Sunghoon on Friday pm, he came the next morning, diagnosed the problem and $50 later, I have a working fridge and don't have to buy another. I'm very satisfied with his work.

I am an Apartment manager and we have used Sounghoon Lee for all our appliance repairs. He has saved us lots of money-instead of having to buy new appliance he has been able to repair 90% of our appliances. We bought a upright freezer from a private owner and called Mr Lee for a repair. He came out the very next morning. He repaired the item of the freezer and then we found out the compressor stopped working. I had just gone through a journey with breast cancer and could not afford to fix the compressor. He offered to go look at freezers with us to make sure we were getting a good one. In the mean time he showed up on Saturday with another upright freezer in excellent working condition and gave it to us for free. Mr. Lee went above and beyond the call of duty. What an amazing and gracious man. Thank you Mr Lee!!!!!

Sunghoon Lee saved us 100's of dollars by fixing our microwave within an hour. Ours is Whirlpool Gold and just like that it stopped working. After trying Whirlpool customer support and multiple appointments, we decided to go with local repair and services and ended-up with Quick TV & Appliances. When we asked for same day appointment, Sunghoon came within 2hrs, looked at our microwave and fixed it within an hour. He had the part already with him. We were nothing but stunned and so grateful that Sunghoon came by to fix our microwave and saved us 100's of dollars since we were very close to buying new one. The price is also very reasonable. Formally known as "Diversified Electronics & Refridgeration" with a defunct abandoned warehouse out on SE Holgate. The owner Sunghoon Lee scammed our family out of $650 for failing to repair the fridge and mis-diagnosing the problem. When we asked for ID, He dumped the refridgerator off his truck and sped off with our money. We currently sued him in small claims as well. AVOID at all costs! He does not know how to repair anything, but really good at swindling you out of your money!

he came out , fixed my washer , with no problem, he didnt have the part he needed on day one, but came back with no problems the next day . at the time promised. so far so good, my washer is working again. he did say if it didnt work he would come back out and take a look at it . priced very fairly , would use again if needed,

Sunghoon Lee was our technician. He was very conscientious, called when he knew he'd be a little late, but then arrived earlier than he had predicted. Was very clear in explaining our problem, and rates were very reasonable. The most impressive part was that we called on Saturday about our dryer no longer heating, and he said he could come on Sunday-- with no extra weekend fee-- was very nice!! I am glad we supported this Aloha business!

Asked if they had something in stock and they just brushed me off and said no I don't have it without even looking. If you don't speak spanish don't call this place because they wont talk to you.
