This is the most expensive Muchas Gracias location in the Portland area. There charge almost $2 more for their veggie burritos than any other location I have visited. (Hide)

(More) i moved here from california and compared to a california taco shop, this place would only get 1, maybe 2, stars, but for oregon, this place was pretty decent. it's nearly impossible to find a taco shop-style place around here where the food is as decent as their prices. my biggest issue with portland mexican restaurants is that they charge an outrageous amount to add guac or sour cream - and this place is no different. the breakfast burrito is good here and i had the oregon burrito, nothing compared to a california burrito no matter what anyone tells you, which was tasty and my 2 year old daughter LOVED the fish taco which was a good deal at $2. the horchata was better than i expected and the salsa verde ("green sauce" for those of you who have never had real mexican food) is very mild but flavorful. basically, if you're looking for mexican food on the oregon standard, this is the best i've had to date over all. oh, it was CLEAN and the staff can actually count! horray!!
