In both cases the experience was a veritable pleasure, far from the slick high-pressure experience I've had at other dealerships. Staff was extremely professional, respectful, helpful, and reassuring without overdoing it. I'm convinced they will be there to back up what they obviously believe to be superior automobiles. This time I worked with internet sales staff to get exactly the car I wanted at exactly the price I requested. It really couldn't have been more straightforward. I've also used their service department for years, as I have owned both VWs and Volvos, and have always found that department to be efficient, accommodating and top caliber as well.
