I was exploring collision services with a neighbor to repair her front bumper. We spoke with Bob (I believe that was his name) in the collision service department. He was rude, threatened me because I was getting multiple quotes from several collision centers to make an informed choice. He stated that it was "against the law" to explore these different quotes and asked my neighbor if she had a husband to "handle her business." The serviceman hung up on my neighbor when she decided to go elsewhere. I have never encountered someone so rude and male chauvinistic in my 43 years!!! I would never do business with this service center nor make a recommendation. Beware!!!

Had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life with this company. Never again will they get my business - customer is of little to no value.

Mr crivelli yells profanity at his employee when I was getting my car fixed, not very good service to customers especially if they have children with them!

Everyone there was a huge help finding me a new car within my budget
