I get take out there on a semi-regular basis. The food tends to be better in flavor and quality than most Chinese buffets, and is the best one in the area. They also offer some of the best tasting ham I've ever had, which is always moister than what I make at home. The sushi doesn't feature any raw fish (think California rolls) and is average. The dessert selection is small, but that's not what most people are looking for.

I have visited this place more than a few times and have mostly been satisfied, until recently. The last time I went, no one was smiling, everybody(servers, cooks, hostess) seemed mad. Well today topped it. when I arrived today, the hostess who never smiles unless she's conversing with other staff, didn't say anything as I walked in. I proceeded to the next person who was a server, she seated me and got my soda. when I went to get food I didn't notice all the steam there usually is, so I went to sit down and try some to make sure it was hot, it was cold, not warm, cold. when I went back up, she hadn't even gotten rid of the cold food.

The food is really not Chinese. It's more like a variety of over-processed, deep fried goodness. Not much flavor. You may actually loose your appetite when you see the clientele eating their. If you like eating with obese people who don't think twice about taking a number 2 in the bathroom, not washing their hands, and then touching all the buffet serving utensils (I personally witnessed this and lost my appetite), then this is the place for you. This was my first and last time at Ming's (and at most restaurants, for that matter. I was completely grossed out) I think the owners try, but with being in business for as long as they have, they should fix the place up a bit. For myself, I'm going to take a pass on Ecoli and obesity. I just make my food at home....it definately tastes better!
