This has not been the case in the locations I had visited in the past. I enjoyed my visit and was impressed with the "Old Guy". I was very conferrable with my encounter. In the past, I had found the other stores (Verizon Wireless) to be cold and not very friendly. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years in three different states, Curt is warm and helpful. I have been a vzw customer for a while and have a discount on accessories through my employer. Came into Curts shop to buy a phone case for my new Droid however he wouldnt acknowledge my vzw discount. I advised its listed on my account and even offered to call customer service for him to get the info he needed. Curt wouldnt even try to help. He didnt look at my account or call anyone. Just kept saying if i didnt have a VIP card he couldnt give me the discount. His prices are also higher the an actual vzw store. Needless to say I wont do business with him again. Futher vzw has a 30 day return policy. Curt will only give 72 hours. (Hide)
