I used to be a very active member of this gym. My friends, family, and I have all quit going due to the management this gym has. The front desk manager is beyond rude (when she is even there... WHICH IS HARDLY EVER... great management.. ha!). The Kid's Club manager does the least amount of work in Kid's Club and does not interact with the children as much as the other employees in Kid's Club. I have noticed that they all have to compensate for her lack of management skills... also, she is a bit too young to be a manager in my opinion. Who would let a child (who I'm assuming has no record of management in her past due to her lack of it in Kid's Club) manage in their gym? Last but not least, the general manager. I have noticed that he does not like to do his job. He would rather "make friends" with his employees than take care of business. I love the gym itself but the management is the worst I have seen in a while therefore, we do not attend this gym anymore... at least as long as those three work there we won't be anyways.

My mom joined the new Exxygon gym last December. She was very excited about the prospect of the women's only section of the gym. After the gym officially opened, and she made multiple attempts over a few months to attend, she found that it was very overwhelming. The music is very loud, and the gym is extremely overcrowded. To some people, you may say, oh well.....but for my mom, this is a different situation. In 2004, she had a massive stroke. An abundance of sounds, lights, people, etc causes her to become completely overwhelmed. She went to several managers with Exxygon to ask if she could be released from the remaining 6 months of her contract, even with doctors letters, to which they said no. I just wanted to express serious disappointment in a company that should have taken this situation into consideration. If anyone would like to address this, please email me.

I love this fitness center because it's 24 hours M-F and they are user friendly. They have a lot of cardio equipment including my favorite...the rower. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is a basketball or raquetball court.
