After doing a credit check for a last year model rxp 255, we drove to genes from out of town. When I got there they informed me that the ecu didn't work on the rxp,but they had other sea doos available. So I purchased a gtr215. After we got home we realized that we did not have the dess lanyard. I called the salesman back and he said it was my fault for not taking the lanyard off the vest after the test ride. He said he would look for it and mail it to me. A week and a half and no lanyard in the mail, mr steptoe said I could buy one at my local sea doo dealer and have it programmed at my expense. I can't believe after spending $12,500 they couldn't even mail me the damn key to start the gtr. We called the finance manager and she found the lanyard and fed xed to us. To add insult to injury, the steering was off so I had to pay to get it corrected under Warranty because the gene's mechanic did not fill out a pre set up form. Bad dealer! (Hide)
