I was eating your Frosted Shredded Bite Size Wheat when I crunched down on something hard. I took it out and I had split a plastic gold coated bead with a hole in it. It had to be in the biscuit as It would have been in the bottom of the bowl and I would not have been able to scoop it up with a spoon. Fortunately it did not break my tooth. I prefer this brand to others that I have tried. It is a very good product and I am very disappointed. Does anyone care that this happened?

I purchased a box of Clubhouse Crackers yesterday at your store in Leesburg, FL I loved these crackers until I discovered a hair threaded in one of the tine holes in a cracker. It was not my hair. I could send it to you as proof.

Disappointed when opened our Savoritz saltines to find that two packages of four had less crackers in them.Number on package 309934 Please check your product before this happens again.

I was trying your Baker's Choice Soda Bread Mix for the first time. The directions say to add 1 1/2 cup of milk which I did. What a disaster that was; good thing that I bought an extra mix and started over with only 1 cup of milk! I realize now that I could have added some flour but was too upset to think of that!! So buyers beware!
