Everything to hate in a service business and very little to like. Discorteous personnel from start to finish; irrational policies: you must be glued to your phone during the five-hour period they give you to expect a technician to show up. If you aren't, when they call to verify you are home and you don't immediately answer, the tech turns around!! I had to literally cry on the phone to get them to re-send a repair tech back (after two weeks without air in 105+ degree weather I was ready to cry anyway). On top of all that, the most unrealistic, highway-robbery prices I've encountered with any business here.

I used BCS through my home warranty, which often assigns companies out of my area or who provide terrible service. However, BCS has replaced both my furnace and evaporative cooler and they were GREAT! Their customer service was wonderful and they worked with my schedule. They have been willing to address any concerns I have had and have provided excellent maintenance on my home. They have HVAC technicians AND plumbers too! They have also saved me plenty of $$$ on my water bill!!! THANKS!
