A teenage male employee singled our little girl out (who is in kindergarten) and removed her from the ball pit. He so terrified her that she was weeping uncontrollably. She has told us that he got her by the hand and took her to be measured (for being too tall). All this occurred when I had walked to a game right by the play area for 30 sec- 1 min and left some friends at the ball pit to watch her. When I spoke to the manager, she defended the teen employee boy and said my daughter (who couldn't have been more than an inch over the height) had broke the rules & couldn't play. The manager told me I was crazy and walked away.
I would highly discourage parents from taking their children to this establishment. (Hide)

And has now been promoted to Assistant Manager of our West Yokel Fork branch. (Hide)
