Very rude people definitely would rather go to Erdman auto parts about two drive ways up. At least they warrenty their parts I mean this place charges you a good bit now that new owners took over and they give you no warrenty I just bought an alternator from Erdman auto parts for 50 bucks and it comes with a life time warranty Crazy Rays doesn't give you any of this. In addition the workers don't really want to help you if you ask them a question they act like you are bothering them and give you no input at all very rude. Ill stick with Erdman auto parts see John he takes care of you don't deal with the bald guy up there though he is rude.

Its a junk yard, as a junk yard it's fine. Take your time, you usually find what you need. Be prepared to get a little dirthy though, dirt and mud at times Cliff B

called and was transferred three times and had to keep calling main number. Person at main number was rude and not interested in talking but just transferring me to a voice message to enter extension which I had no clue what extension I needed "not my job to schedule" then told me to call back Monday morning. Difficult to understand person.

This is a great junk yard for american cars especially. I always get parts for cheap. People complain about it being disorganized but, lets be real... its a junk yard.

This place is very disorganized. The staff does not know which vehicles they have on the lot. You kinda have to "let the force" guide you to a vehicle that may or may not be there.

They were unorganized and it was difficult to find the car you needed with the part you were looking for. We wandered around the yard for about an hour and never even found the type of car much less the part. And when we found an item that we weren't really there to buy we took it up to the checkout only to find that it was very over priced.
