Friendly, but fairly unprofessional and difficult to access by phone. Uses stick multiple times in wax. Difficult to schedule appointments in general, and not at all set up for last minute or walk-ins. Good location.

Best "Bare Down There" wax I have EVER received - from all spas I've tried/used in Boston, NYC, to Baltimore. Comfortable, clean, painless, and reasonably priced. Missy was fantastic. I am happy to have finally found my 'go-to' waxing spa!!!
