sold some silver to Paul this week and got cheated out of $60. He did not have the money ready and it was twenty, ten's, and fives with a few hundreds. frustrating!

I checked several places but Paul made me feel at home and made me the best offer for my gold. Some of my pieces where small and I couldn't tell what karat they where, some I thought where 10k and had them in a 10k pile, he was honest and let me know they where 14k and payed me correctly

I visited the store to sell some old rings I inherited and was pleasantly surprised. I've never done this before, and was afraid of having to deal with a pushy individual who wouldn't have time for me. Paul was the exact opposite - a perfect gentleman, not pushy at all, and took a great deal of care assessing each piece. He was happy to tell me the price he was paying on the gold. He even discouraged me from trading in one ring because he already had many and couldn't pay a good price. I ended up trading it for a lovely ring from his huge selection. He also has a great selection of jewelry to browse (tempting) and offers reasonably priced alterations to jewelry you want to keep. Several people who came while I was there seemed also to have a pleasant experience. Highly recommend
