They never answer their phone. In the store the reps are horrible and can't even tell you about phones or plans. If your not tech savvy don't waste your time at this store

probably the worst customer service ive ever experienced. the cashier: steph7 register: steph. on 9-20-2014 at 11:57 am. No customer service skills at all actually kind of rude. also her lack of concern and disregard for my issue i was having about my phone service being turned off after i paid $53 for 13 days of service because i paid my bill on the 20th of sept. 2014. when i first signed up with metro my bill date was on the 2nd every month. i dont recall her mentioning anything about a $5 fee to change my bill cycle date since i paid late. who the hell is going to pay $53 for 12 or 13 days of service. and if she did bring that up to me like she claims she didnt explain anything to where i had any knowledge about paying that extra $5 which i would have paid if i knew anything about that. she either didnt mention it when i was paying or she didnt explain anything at all and i didnt have any knowledge about paying the $5 extra. so my phone got shut off after 12 days of sevice aftee paying $53. when i went in to see why it was off ahe was rude no concern at all. i told her she never mentioned the $5 thing she said "well i was the one who helped you so i must have told you. its my job. i said no u didnt. she says well im pretty sure i did... i said so what can we do about this. she says pay u 53$ bill its due!!! theres nothing else we can do. Lol so now i have no service nothing. $53 for 12 days service lol. just hwr attidude ,lack of customer service and carelessness is what really bothered me. u should fire her and hire me youll see a drastic difference im sure
