woman on phone was very rude ! fast talker ! did not seem interested in my questions ! i would never go there ! i decided to go with another radiology company . why do they hire these kind of people ? 0 rating !

Ultrasound tech was very rude.Gave hard time in collecting copy of report.Rude behavior.

I have had numerous X-rays, a mammogram and a sonogram at this facility over approximately 6 visits. From the initial telephone call to schedule the appointment, to the smiling and professional greeting, and finally the handling of my testing: in a courteous, ethical and respectful manner, I have never been so impressed! I experienced only up to a 15 minute wait and that was on the busiest night ever. The average was about 4 minutes. The friendliness and care was superb, like no other , and it was not just one employee, it was EVERYONE!! I go there for everything now. Respectfully, Barbara Titus

My only issue was that they did not send the MRI to my Doctor; only the report. I am going to pick up the MRI and bring it to my doctor. They did not deny my request to pick it up/

THEY ARE USUALLY FAST & THOROUGH AND DON'T OVER BOOK ! NORMALLY SEEN W/ IN 15 MIN OF ACTUAL APPT, WHICH IS GREAT.! FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE. THANK YOU !! JB. IN NJ.
