      Founded in 1953, the YMCA of Austin is a nonprofit organization that serves men, women and children. It provides aftercare, aquatic, youth and adult sport, and summer and day camp programs. The organization s fitness program includes classes on strength training, injury rehabilitation, yoga, weight management, group exercises, aerobics and martial arts.
