I went to get my nails done for my wedding. I wanted french tip nails. I always used to get clear tips and air brushed white tips. I asked for that and they said no !! They don't have air guns anymore. I didn't want the already white tips, they don't look good on me. They insisted that I only had that choice, frustrated and lack of time I gave in. I hate them they are so splotchy and discolored in two days. The older woman said I had no choice no matter how many times I asked for something different. I want a design on my nails and asked if I could see some designs. I was told they no longer have boards with designs!!! What happened to the nice place it used to be. I also had a pedicure not long ago and my heels have hurt and cracked more than ever. They used that razor on my heels, destroyed them. I will never go back to this place or the one in Walmart, they are both owned by the same person!!!!!!!!!

Worst mani/pedi I've ever had. My husband and I went in for mani/pedi's and when we were seated in the chairs were asked which package we wanted. We told them that we wanted the basic package (least expensive) and the woman doing my husband made a face. The woman doing mine was the owner and was more interested in keeping an eye on her employees and the door. I had a sore toe from an ingrown toenail and she was aware of that but kept picking my foot up by that toe. She had sharp fingernails and more than once dug them into my foot. My husband, by that time had had it and decided not to have the manicure. He went and sat to wait for me and the woman that did his pedicure asked if he wanted to pay. When he handed her his credit card she asked if he had cash or a check and again made a face when he said no. My nails had started to chip before the day was even over. Will never go back.

Worst pedicure I've ever had. The older man with long, curly hair spent all of 5 minutes cleaning my feet followed by the sloppiest paint job I've ever seen. He had already finished painting both of my feet when my friend was just having her second foot taken out of the water. Not only did he stab me with the cuticle trimmer, but he didn't even completely remove all of the color that was on before so now I can see the old color through the new one. He didn't even bother scrubbing my heels or rubbing my feet at all. And they charged me $30 for it! I will never go back there again and you would be wise to save your money and go elsewhere.

One of the best salons I've ever been too I was treated very well and the service done to my nails were wonderful...I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I think the man doing my nails was learning how to. I had red marks on four of my fingers and a nail missing some acrilic. Also they were bumpy and uneven. I went to have a fill in and left with worse nails than i started with. Bring back the women please.

We had a horrible experience here recently. My daughter and I both got manipedi's that left our nails looking much worse when we left than when we arrived and more importantly, left my daughter with an ingrown toenail that has required medical attention. The place is clean, but the staff, and especially the manager, are seriously incompetent.

This is an awesome clean place. They do a GOOD job on your nails and they don't take forever either! They have an awesome reputation too!
