      hi sir, i,m patrick fagundes in ca, my property at 310 sutton st maysville ky 41056, is a second home we bought in 2009 for 30k and have 52k in new rehab costs so far, not even finished yet, my exwife and i agreed in ca court to make a promissary note 5yr term, with spousal support of 100.00 a mo,which we have paid, now she wants to auction of our house for 10k, she is lying about this in two states,need to stop this unlawful lien and we have all reciepts and docs to prove in court she is a fraud
