Tried this place out because it was close and convenient ... Didn't do a bad job on my nails, a bit thick and flat ... BUT .. DID NOT like the comments between workers regarding clients ...I don't think they knew I speak and understand 27 different languages and dialects .... I guess if I was the manager I would remind ALL workers to keep their thoughts to their selves and NOT chat with each other about clients in front of clients and giggle an laugh about the client they are servicing.... (I understood every derogatorily statement said about me and the lady next to me) ....since you as service givers don't know if the person in front of you knows what you are saying about them or not and I think it shows such a lack of RESPECT.. do your workers think its funny to make fun of your clientele ?? WELL REMEMBER THIS.... not all of your clients only know English ... .. ..

well i don't know what's wrong with u guys but i love this nail salon they give the best pedicures. now the fact that u said u got a 15 min pedi i know is a lie because even on their busiest days they never rush thru. yea everybody has their days where they will have an attitude but thats just called nature! I'm pretty sure ur not excited to come to work everyday

U say we do such a horrible job but u still came back to us. Especially looking for Tom. So all that nasty comment u made about us choke on your words mam!!!! And for the record we have been open 9 years and have never failed an inspection so the part about ur friend almost getting an infection is a complete lie because if it were true then we wouldve had a complaint from her. I havent seen u since we remodeled and i think tom is pretty glad too. Our business isnt hurting any so if u choose to not come back then thats fine good luck finding a place that do what we do. And when we speak vietnamese it isnt about our customers and how would u know its about u?? We dont need an ignorant client like u thats gna smile in our face but behind our back talk nasty about us! Thank u for ur money and ur business but we dont need thats from such a nasty customer!!! HAVE A GOOD DAY! AND YES I DO STILL WORK THERE AND I LOVE IT MY BOSS IS A GREAT BOSS THAT KNOWS HOW SHE WANTS HER BUSINESS RAN! SHES DETERMINED NOT DISRESPECTFUL RUDE AS U CLAIM. EXACTLY I DIDNT THINK SO! AND U DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE COME N GO SO STOP ASSUMING THINGS AND NEXT TIME AS QUESTIONS IF U WANNA KNOW! ITS THAT SIMPLE. the staff is rude and they hate it when you ask for a design or something special. terrible job with designs

This nail shop is big and it looks nice but when I got in the pedicure chair I was very disappointed!. The girl was not in a happy mood then I asked to get a design and she was not happy I guess because she was in a hurry. In all my pedicure lasted 15 minutes. Then all you hear is the ladies always talking in their language as if they are talking about you. I wouldn't recommend this salon ... After I was done with the pedicure she only rinsed the chair out didn't clean ..

I'm never going back there. I've been going there since they first opened. It gets worse all the time. They are rude, speaking Vietnamese. And it's about you. They rarely do a decent job. And if you go back it always your faught . I have left there with bubbles in my nail polish. It wouldn't dry hours later it would be gummy and roll back. I have noticed that the thec. Come and go. I know it is because of the owner Kim.she is very disrespect ful to her employes and customers..I was in there one morning . I had an appointment at a certain time but not Any special tech. She came flying in the door at 9:30 which was my appt time . Spoke Vietnamese to one of the girls and took her client , which she had already started and push me over to her. The tech was already set up for her client and had to reset for me. It's almost like Vietnamese slavery. I can name many other incidents. For example one of my friends was getting a manicure there . They cut her cuticle and got blood she almost lost her finger due to infection.. To my friends I would say find another place. Thats what I plan to do. They will look at you and smile while stabbing you in the back

This place is very clean and friendly... You get great quality for your money....... They also do great art work by hand not air brush.....
