      The staff is disrespectful. I will not shop in this store anymore. I was discriminated against because of deformities in my nasal passages, which impact my breathing (nothing that is noticeable to people, nothing that creates any issues for anyone; I simply can't get a strong air supply through them). There have been numerous experiences with rude and unhelpful employees at other times that I have been allowed in the store. I wrote many of those experiences off until my latest visit.

      Great store. Love the staff and the selection. Clean, affordable and easy to find. Best variety of pre packaged bulk items around. Wish they had sandwiches and such for vegetarians, vegans and with gluten allergies. That would be amazing!

      We've been shopping at Axis for many years and absolutely love it. It has always been great place to shop, but is even better now that they have moved to their new, bigger location down Center Street. The new store is easier to get into, has far more parking, has a larger and better selection of products and the same helpful staff to answer our questions. We are so grateful to have this wonderful gem right here in Auburn so that we don't have to drive so far to shop. Axis has an amazing selection of vitamins and supplements, as well as natural and organic foods and groceries. They even have a great new wine and beer section, to add to the wine and beer making supplies they have always carried. If you live anywhere near Lewiston/Auburn, we highly recommend checking out Axis!
